It’s Bibimbap time!

Though it’s not the same as the bibimbap you get at a Korean restaurant. This one is vegan, with tofu and Bang Bang sauce.
So, more accurately, it’s bibimbap-inspired. It’s bibimbap-ish, if you will.
The non-vegan version with beef and a fried egg on top looks more like the authentic dish, but it’s still missing the gochujang sauce because I ran out.

All in all, it’s still a delicious meal nonetheless.
