Even after multiple trips to the UK, I still can’t get over the English breakfast.

I mean, is it amazing or what?! I actually started getting used to the baked beans, so much so that I want to try serving them for breakfast at home. Though the kids and my husband aren’t as enthusiastic.
And I could definitely jump on the bandwagon of having crumpets every day. They’re my favorite British food of all! Maybe tied with fish and chips. I could eat them every day… well, maybe every other day.
I don’t think I could ever get used to black pudding, though. It’s a bit too rich for me.
And I’d pick American-style breakfast sausages over bangers if I had to choose, but that’s just my preference.
Maybe this weekend I’ll make a brunch for my family that combines American and English breakfast dishes. Wouldn’t that be fun?!
