Has anyone attempted to make an edible charcuterie board?

Initially, I was confused when I first heard about it because a typical charcuterie board is already edible, so I wondered what’s new?!
Then I realized that not only are the items on the board edible, but the board itself is edible too — made from pizza dough. How intriguing!
It’s been on my must-try list for a while, and I finally managed to make it this week during a couple of snow days. When you’re stuck indoors, what better way to pass the time?
Although the process looks quite simple, there were a few tips I wish I had known beforehand. I plan to try it again and improve on my initial attempt.
